For any organization assessing its identity, purpose, and goals for the future I am available for a long-term study, which includes workshops with leaders to guide this process.  The perspective would be historical.  The method would be to study the written history of the organization, conduct oral history interviews with current and former participants and leaders, collate demographic data with the history, and conduct workshops to heighten self-awareness of the organization and elicit specific recommendation.  The final product will be a written evaluation of the entire process to guide planning for the future.   A productive consultation would show the organization where it is “stuck,” no longer relating to its context effectively and provide guidance for a way forward.  The focus would be on identity as a foundation for marketing and economic strategies.  Six months is a suggested time frame for study, engagement, and final evaluation.
